Simon uses his diverse life experience as an asset in his everyday business interactions. With a background in management and leadership, Simon continued to develop his expertise as an educator in an academic international program that furthered his expertise in management, motivational speaking and personal development. After 4 successful years, Simon joined NC Capital as a funding specialist and then advanced to Funding Director. Moving to Wholesale Capital as COO, Simon sharpened his interpersonal skills and industry grasp. Simon went on to found his own company Sunset Portfolios, LLC which he proudly runs today. He takes a very direct role in all daily functions with special emphasis on the company's referral partner relationships. Simon enjoys his weekends spending time with family and friends as well as hiking the beautiful mountain regions of the Northeast U.S.
